Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of divinestore.sanatanajourney.com and any related pages, services and purchase features operated under the Sanatana Journey / Divine Store brand (collectively, the “Website”).

The Website is operated by MASTERS INDIA SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office at D247/4A, Basement, B-01, Sector-63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India, GSTIN 09AAMCM8957D1ZW (“Sanatana Journey”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms displayed on the Website. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order. If you use the Website on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You agree to provide complete, current and accurate information, including your name, mobile number, email address, billing address and delivery address. You are responsible for reviewing these details before submitting an order and for promptly informing us of any error. We may be unable to change an address or other order detail after processing or dispatch has begun.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Please inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

2. Products and product information

Sanatana Journey offers devotional, spiritual, ritual, wellness, gifting, décor, collectible and related products.

We take reasonable care to present product information accurately. However:

  • colours and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, screen settings and production batches;
  • handmade, hand-finished, artisanal, natural, mineral, wood, fabric, stone, metal, incense and similar products may have minor variations in colour, grain, texture, finish, fragrance, dimensions, weight or pattern;
  • packaging, labels or accessories may change without materially changing the product; and
  • stated dimensions, weights and capacities may be approximate unless expressly identified as exact.

Such minor or inherent variations are not, by themselves, defects or grounds for return, replacement or refund. This does not affect any right available to you under applicable law where a product is defective, materially different from its description, spurious or otherwise non-compliant.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and may update product information at any time. If a material error affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue the remedy required under applicable law.

3. Spiritual, ritual and wellness disclaimer

Descriptions of spiritual, devotional, ritual or traditional significance are provided for general cultural and informational purposes. Individual beliefs, practices and experiences differ. We do not promise or guarantee any spiritual, astrological, emotional, financial, health, relationship or other outcome from purchasing, possessing or using a product.

Products and Website content are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Follow all product labels, safety instructions, usage directions, age restrictions and warnings. Seek appropriate professional advice where needed.

4. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other lawful charges will be shown on the product page, at checkout or on the invoice, as applicable.

The price and availability applicable to an order are those confirmed at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors. Promotions, coupons and discounts may be subject to separate conditions, validity periods, product exclusions and usage limits.

We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery is not presently available. Payment must be completed through one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment service provider may apply its own terms and processing times.

A payment acknowledgement does not by itself mean that an order has been accepted.

5. Order acceptance, modification and cancellation

Your order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or begin processing it, subject to stock availability, successful payment, serviceability and our verification checks.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where reasonably necessary, including because of stock unavailability, an incorrect price or description, suspected fraud or misuse, payment failure, delivery restrictions, a legal or regulatory requirement, or an event beyond reasonable control. If we cancel a prepaid item after successful payment, we will provide the applicable refund or other remedy in accordance with law.

You may request cancellation by writing to info@sanatanajourney.com as soon as possible. A request is not a confirmed cancellation. We may be unable to cancel or modify an order after processing, packing or dispatch has begun. We will not impose a cancellation charge on a customer unless a similar charge would also be borne by us if we cancelled the order unilaterally, as required by applicable law.

6. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

Products in the same order may be processed from different fulfilment locations or by approved fulfilment and logistics service providers. They may be packed separately, dispatched at different times and delivered in multiple shipments. Separate delivery does not mean that an item is missing if its shipment remains in transit.

Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Delivery may be affected by destination serviceability, public holidays, weather, transport disruption, regulatory restrictions, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number, remain available for delivery coordination and accept delivery when attempted. A failed delivery, return-to-origin or refusal caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, repeated failed attempts or refusal without a legally valid reason does not create an automatic right to a refund. Any reshipment, cancellation or other resolution will be reviewed under our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery to you or a person identified or authorised by you at the delivery address, subject to applicable law.

7. Returns, replacements and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Sanatana Journey currently does not offer standard returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong product, minor or inherent product variation, or other buyer-remorse reasons.

We may review a request where you receive a wrong item, an item damaged in transit, or an item or component is missing, subject to timely notice, reasonable proof and our verification. We will also provide any return, replacement, refund or other remedy that applicable law requires. Eligibility, evidence requirements and available resolutions are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Website for an unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
  • interfere with the security, integrity or operation of the Website;
  • introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
  • scrape, copy or commercially exploit Website content without written permission;
  • place orders for unauthorised resale or through automated means; or
  • misuse promotions, payment disputes, return requests, reviews or customer-support channels.

We may restrict or suspend access, cancel affected orders or take appropriate action if we reasonably believe the Website or our services are being misused, subject to applicable law.

9. Intellectual property

The Website and its content—including names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, design and software—are owned by or licensed to Sanatana Journey and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Website for personal and lawful shopping purposes. No ownership right is transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially use Website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

If you submit a product review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, adapt and use that content for operating, improving and promoting the Website and our products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party services and links

The Website may use or link to third-party services, including payment, communication, analytics and logistics services. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. A link does not imply that we control or endorse all third-party content. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service to the extent permitted by law, but this does not limit our obligations to you for your order.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep the Website accurate, secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue any Website feature. We will not use this clause to avoid fulfilling an accepted order or a non-excludable legal obligation.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We exclude implied warranties only to the extent that they may lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanatana Journey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss arising from:

  • misuse of a product or failure to follow warnings or instructions;
  • reliance on a claimed spiritual, ritual or wellness outcome;
  • events beyond our reasonable control; or
  • unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect account credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection and product-liability rights.

13. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Sanatana Journey for direct losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms. This provision does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.

14. Privacy and communications

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We may send service communications necessary to process an order, payment, delivery, support request or policy update. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and your communication preferences.

15. Events beyond reasonable control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, war, civil disturbance, government action, network or payment-system failure, transport disruption, labour disruption or courier service interruption. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and provide any remedy required by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, products, operations or Website features. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce rights already accrued in relation to an accepted order except where required by law.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Please first contact us at info@sanatanajourney.com so that we can try to resolve your concern. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to approach a competent consumer dispute redressal authority or other forum, the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website.

18. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms referred to in them, constitute the agreement between you and Sanatana Journey concerning your use of the Website and purchases through it.
