Return & Refund Policy – Sanatana Journey Divine Store

At Sanatana Journey, we strive to provide every devotee with authentic, high-quality spiritual products and divine services. Please read our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • For paid orders, if cancelled before dispatch, you will receive store credit (valid for 3 months) instead of a  refund. After 3 months, the store credit will automatically expire.

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders that are not accepted upon delivery will result in the customer being flagged for future orders, as non-acceptance leads to double delivery losses and operational inconvenience.

  • In case of a partial COD (Cash on Delivery) order, if the customer fails to accept the delivery, the advance amount paid will be considered non-refundable.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery only if:

    • The product is damaged in transit, or

    • You have received the wrong item.

  • Non-returnable items: Used or opened items, or spiritual products such as Gangajal, Sindoor, Kalawa, or other sacred items, cannot be returned due to spiritual sensitivity and hygiene reasons.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are allowed on a case-by-case basis, depending on product condition and team review.

  • The return shipping cost for exchanges or returns will be borne by the customer unless the issue is verified to be from our end.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are provided only in case of damaged or incorrect products, verified and approved by Team Sanatana Journey.

  • Refund approval will depend on individual review of each case.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).

  • For workshops, astrology consultations, and pooja services, once booked, fees are non-refundable. However, if cancelled by us, you may choose between a full refund or an alternate date.

IMPORTANT⚠️

To be eligible for a return, an unboxing video must be provided showing the product being opened clearly from its sealed condition. Without this video proof, no return, refund, or exchange claim will be accepted.

Shipping Charges on Return

  • If the return is due to our mistake (damaged/wrong product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is not due to our error, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • In case of free delivery orders, actual shipping charges may be deducted from your refund if the return reason is not product-related damage or error.

Disclaimer

  • Sanatana Journey reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if policy conditions are not met.

  • All decisions regarding refunds and exchanges will be final and based on product inspection.
