At Sanatana Journey, we are committed to delivering your spiritual essentials and divine products to your doorstep with care and devotion. Whether you're ordering a sacred pooja kit or daily ritual items, we ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship across India to all major cities and towns.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation message or email with your Order ID once your order is placed.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping would be free after some particular order amount.

  • There is some fixed amount of delivery charges if the order amount is less than some fixed amount.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your package in real-time.

  • If you haven't received your tracking ID within 48 hours of ordering, please contact our support team.

Delays & Exceptions

  • While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to: Natural calamities, Public holidays/festivals , and Unexpected courier disruptions

  • In such cases, we will inform you via email or WhatsApp.

Address & Contact Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate. Incorrect details may lead to failed delivery or delays.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address or phone number.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please: Take clear pictures/videos, Report it within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp and We will assess and provide a replacement or resolution.
