General Information

Online Pooja Booking Service of Divine Store by Sanatana Journey is conducted by qualified and verified Pandits. By booking a pooja with us, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Personal Details & Accuracy

The name, gotra, and intention (Sankalp) you submit during booking will be used for the pooja. Please ensure accuracy as once the pooja has been scheduled, no changes can be made to name/gotra details.

Booking & Confirmation

Pooja bookings are only confirmed after full payment for pooja booking. Once confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and details of your pooja. Each pooja is conducted as per Hindu rituals, spiritual rituals either individually or collectively.

Refunds & Cancellations

All pooja bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. In rare cases of unforeseen delays (Pandit illness, temple restrictions, etc.), your pooja would be rescheduled to the next available date. Refunds, if approved in exceptional cases, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Video Recording & Proof

Most poojas are recorded and shared digitally within 2–5 working days after completion of pooja booking. Sanatana Journey is not liable for minor issues like background noise, internet lag, or camera angle, as rituals are conducted live in temples. Sharing or reusing video footage for commercial or religious misrepresentation is prohibited.

Prasad & Delivery

Prasad and blessed items (if applicable) are shipped after completion of the pooja to the address provided by the user. Sanatana Journey is not responsible for postal or courier delays, customs restrictions, or damage in transit.

Spiritual Disclaimer

Pooja results and blessings are spiritual in nature, and outcomes may vary based on personal faith and karma. Sanatana Journey makes no medical, financial, or guarantee-based claims about the effects of the rituals.

Intellectual Property

All content, images, and videos on Sanatana Journey’s platform are owned by the brand. Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Privacy & Data Use

Personal information (Name, Gotra, DOB, Contact info) is used solely for ritual purposes and communication. Sanatana Journey follows secure data practices and will not share personal details with third parties without consent.
