Entry & Attendance

Children below 0- 3 years are allowed free entry, while full ticket charges apply to children aged 4 years or above. Each ticket permits entry for only one person, and multiple individuals cannot enter on a single ticket. All attendees are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins to ensure smooth entry and seating. Once the event starts, the entry gates will be closed to maintain the discipline and the spiritual environment. Participants must follow all guidelines and instructions provided by Sanatana Journey’s team, volunteers, and the venue authorities throughout the event.

Ticketing & Pricing

All tickets for Sanatana Journey events are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, including the limited Early Bird Phase 1 and Phase 2 tickets. Pricing may vary depending on ticket phases and availability. Once a ticket is booked, confirmation will be sent via the chosen communication channel.

Cancellations & Refunds

If the event is cancelled by Sanatana Journey, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket amount. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment, and the processing time may take a few working days. No refunds will be issued for missed entry, personal schedule conflicts, or no-shows. In case the event is rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for the new date, although attendees may request a refund within the announced timeframe if they are unable to attend.

Conduct & Safety

Sanatana Journey’s spiritual events maintain a strictly alcohol-free, smoke-free, and drug-free environment. Any participant engaging in disruptive behaviour or disrespecting the spiritual surroundings may be asked to leave the venue immediately without any refund. Photography and videography may be allowed in designated areas, but attendees must follow venue instructions. Since the event may include loud chanting, music, or lighting effects, individuals with sensitivities should take appropriate precautions.

Venue Policies

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings as Sanatana Journey does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not comply with venue rules or is considered unsafe for the event environment.
