Terms & Conditions – Spiritual Events

Entry & Attendance

Children up to 6 years of age are allowed free entry. Tickets are mandatory for children above 6 years and for all other attendees. Each ticket permits entry for one person only; multiple individuals cannot enter using a single ticket. All attendees are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins to ensure smooth entry and seating. Once the event starts, entry gates will be closed to maintain discipline and the spiritual ambience. Participants must follow all guidelines and instructions issued by Sanatana Journey’s team, volunteers, and venue authorities throughout the event.

Ticketing & Pricing

All tickets for Sanatana Journey events are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 categories. Ticket prices are subject to change once a phase is sold out and automatically moves to the next phase. Tickets will be delivered via email after successful booking.

  • General Access – Phase 1 tickets grant entry to the main event area, standing viewing zones, and access to all performances and common areas.

  • Fan Pit (Near Stage) – Phase 1 tickets provide closest access to the stage, a high-energy standing zone, and full access to performances and common areas.

  • Platinum Sofa Seating includes luxury sofa seating, a comfortable premium viewing experience, and access to an exclusive seating zone.

VIP Table tickets offer a private reserved table for up to 10 members, premium seating with excellent stage view, and include satvik food and soft beverages, making them ideal for families, groups, and VIP guests.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

If the event is cancelled by Sanatana Journey, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket amount. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment, and the processing time may take a few working days. No refunds will be issued for missed entry, personal schedule conflicts, or no-shows. In case the event is rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for the new date, although attendees may request a refund within the announced timeframe if they are unable to attend.

Conduct & Safety

Sanatana Journey’s spiritual events maintain a strictly alcohol-free, smoke-free, and drug-free environment. Any participant engaging in disruptive behaviour or disrespecting the spiritual surroundings may be asked to leave the venue immediately without any refund. Photography and videography may be allowed in designated areas, but attendees must follow venue instructions. Since the event may include loud chanting, music, or lighting effects, individuals with sensitivities should take appropriate precautions.

Venue Policies

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings as Sanatana Journey does not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not comply with venue rules or is considered unsafe for the event environment.
